I’m originally from Florida which means you basically always need something refreshing and hydrating in your hand. When the summer months get too hot, the only thing that will cool your down is a dip in the pool with an ice cold drink. And how many times do you crave watermelon in the summer? For me, it’s a lot. This smoothie combines both the refreshing nature of watermelon with hydrating coconut water, tart strawberries, zesty lime juice, and mint!
